Sales Executive Associate (Travel Retail)

- Act as key account support for assigned travel retail client(s), managing day-to-day communication, order alignment, and commercial coordination.
- Execute sales and activation initiatives to improve distribution and performance in alignment with marketing plans and client requirements.
- Support buying functions, including new listing coordination, stock replenishment follow-up, and staff training in line with client demand planning where required.
- Manage end-to-end order processing, including order placement, tracking, shipment follow-up, and delivery coordination to ensure timely fulfillment and meet client requirements.
- Monitor sales performance and maintain accurate reports (e.g., Order Reports, Tourist Traffic Reports, Sales Reports, and A&P Budget Management and Tracking Summary Reports).
- Manage and monitor Airport Promoters (PGs), including work schedules, leave records, payroll coordination, timesheet consolidation, performance tracking, and airport pass applications.
- Support merchandising, promotions, activations, and other operational activities by coordinating with Airport Promoters (PGs).
- Coordinate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (Order Center, Marketing, Design & Production, Distilleries, Finance & Accounting, etc.) and external partners to ensure smooth execution of sales and operational activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel retail client(s) as key business partners.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor(s).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Support, Account Management, Buying, or Trade Marketing, preferably in FMCG, spirits, or a travel retail environment.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and prepare reports.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.
- Good communication skills in Thai and English (both written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in travel retail or duty-free business is an advantage.
