Responsibilities

• Manage and be responsible for Flexible Packaging and Label products, including Inkjet printing solutions, throughout the product lifecycle.

• Study, analyze, and develop in-depth product knowledge, including printing technologies, materials, and market trends.

• Provide technical consultation and product support to sales teams, customers, and related departments.

• Support the sales team in product presentations, demonstrations, and print trials to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.

• Analyze customer needs and propose appropriate technical and commercial solutions.

• Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Service, Technical, Marketing, and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

• Prepare and maintain product-related documents such as product specifications, datasheets, training materials, and presentations.

• Follow up on product performance at customer sites and provide recommendations to improve print quality and efficiency.

• Support marketing activities including trade shows, seminars, and promotional events.

• Monitor sales performance, market feedback, and prepare reports for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Printing Technology, or related fields.

• At least 2–5 years of experience in Digital Printing, Inkjet, Flexible Packaging, or Label industries.

• Strong knowledge of Inkjet printing systems, printing processes, inks, and substrates.

• Good communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to provide technical support and solve problems effectively.

• Strong analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach.

• Willingness to travel to customer sites or upcountry as required.
• Valid driving license and own car, which can be used for work purposes.
