Role Summary
Lead and drive brand communication strategies for the organization and real estate projects to strengthen brand image, ensure consistent messaging, and enhance brand value across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement brand communication strategies aligned with corporate and project marketing objectives.
2. Ensure consistent application of brand identity and messaging across all communication channels.
3. Lead communication planning for new project launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
4. Oversee corporate communications, public relations, media relations, and crisis communication.
5. Develop compelling brand narratives, messaging frameworks, and content strategies.
6. Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Sales, and Project Development teams to ensure effective brand communication.
7. Manage the production of marketing and communication materials across online and offline platforms.
8. Monitor brand performance and communication effectiveness, providing insights for improvement.
9. Lead and develop the Brand Communications team while managing budgets and external agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 10–12 years of experience in branding, marketing communications, or corporate communications.
• Experience in real estate, property development, or related industries is preferred.
• Strong expertise in brand strategy, PR, marketing communications, and content development.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).
