Position : VP Credit Product (Personal Loan)

Jobs Description:

1. Manage and supervise Personal Loan team to ensure successful task completion and meet personal loan volume targets.
2. Develop new products, campaigns, and initiatives to serve Corporate and Retail customer segments, ensuring compliance with BOT (Bank of Thailand) and/or internal regulations.
3. Design suitable structured deals that align with client needs and local market practice, while maximizing the bank's profitability.
4. Provide guidance and advice on resolving various problems related to product sales, including making key decisions that impact sales performance.
5. Coordinate with Credit Risk, Underwriting, Sales, and other business units to achieve the most efficient end-to-end process.
6. Analyze, design, and improve internal team working processes and related procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.
7. Annually review the product program and operation handbook.

8. Analyze the customer journey and market landscape to develop successful products and assess the effectiveness of marketing communication processes.
   

Jobs Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the banking sector, with specific experience in Personal Loans highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of credit policy principles with the ability to analyze complex data and provide recommendations to effectively mitigate risks associated with the product portfolio.
• Strong in Personal Loan Product knowledge, self-motivated, and possess a willingness to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment.
• Strong team player, Hard-working, Proactive (takes initiative), dynamic, and hands-on and good communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Good analytical and logical thinking skills.
