HRIS & HR IT Technology Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities

  • HRIS Management: Oversee the HRIS system, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security within the HRIS database. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system enhancements and upgrades.
  • Implementation: Collaborate with HR team members to identify system requirements and implement HRIS solutions (eUnite) that meet organizational needs, ensuring its smooth operation and customization.
  • System Administration: Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and support requests. Provide user training and support on HRIS functionality and ensure proper utilization of the system by HR staff and other stakeholders.
  • Data Management: Develop and implement data management processes, including data entry, extraction, cleansing, and reporting. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain data privacy and security standards. Understanding of SQL and database relationship management, having worked with large and complex data sets.
  • Technology Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate HR systems with other relevant systems to streamline processes and data flow. Troubleshoot integration issues and work towards seamless data exchange.
  • Report and Analytics: Generate HR reports, metrics, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making. Develop and maintain standardized HR reports and dashboards, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of HR information to stakeholders.
  • System Enhancements: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within HR functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, recommend system enhancements, and participate in system implementation projects.
  • Compliance and Security: Stay up-to-date with HR technology trends, industry best practices, and data protection regulations. Ensure HR systems comply with legal and regulatory requirements related to data privacy, security, and accessibility.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with external HR technology vendors to manage service level agreements, system upgrades, and issue resolution. Evaluate and select new technology solutions, if necessary, in coordination with HR and IT teams.


Qualifications

  • Prior experience ( 5 years and up) working with HRIS systems and HR technology solutions.
  • Solid experience in implementing HR systems and managing employee data in a large corporate setting.
  • Moderate SQL query skills to retrieve and manipulate data within the HRIS.
  • C# programming skills are considered a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of HR processes.
  • Proficient in HR software applications, databases, and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and generate meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of effectively interacting with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
