Global Sales Support Administration and Business Development

Responsibilities :

Admin tasks

  • Handle general administrative tasks including document management, filing, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Accounting, Sales, and Operations) to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Prepare and maintain Sales reports, meeting minutes, and office records accurately.
  • Support the management team with scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Monitor office supplies, handle procurement requests, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Assist in budget tracking, expense reports, and reimbursement processes.
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external parties.
  • Support new staff onboarding and internal communications when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of information.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Business Development

  • Coordinated with the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP) to apply for participation in international trade exhibitions.
  • Prepared required documents, equipment, and product samples for the events, and liaised with relevant internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations and timely execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in international sales coordination or export documentation, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing sectors.
  • Knowledge of export logistics, shipping procedures, incoterms, and trade compliance.
  • Strong computer skills: MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word; ERP/SAP experience preferred.
  • Excellent English communication (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under tight deadlines across multiple time zones.
