- Responsible for Sales & Business Development
- To develop and maintain a good relationship
- Identify the business deal and formulate structure
- Responsible for Sales & Business Development activities in the 3PL Business.
- Gather complete information, conditions, and requirement from customer and hand to the operation to conduct the extensive analysis.
- Receive suggestions or complaints from customers and coordinate with concerned departments.
- To develop and maintain a good relationship with customers as well as to develop or create new service models
- Identify the business deal and formulate structure for win-win situation with customers.
- Lay out strategy & marketing plan for company.
- Being a technical knowledge of 3PL services and support other concern team in company.
- Achievement of target budget and growth of business, especially with company target customers.
- Work closely with Operations and / or Solution Design teams in the preparation of proposals or RFQ & RFI response package to customers and / or in project implementation
- Follow and check completely with staff in resolving daily activities and achieve customer’s requirement.
- Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business
- Leverage management tools to analyze data on a variety of critical business drivers ranging from coverage productivity and time allocation to retail conditions and program compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related fields or Master's degree is a plus
- Experience and knowledge of 3PL market in Thailand
- Existing and strong working relationships with 3PL customers in Thailand
- Strong business acumen and result-focus
- Ability to negotiate and close deals (Negotiations and Problem Solving Skills)
- 3PL Operations Management Skills
- Highly responsible, initiative, proactive, and able to coordinate and motivate people and to work as a team under pressure
- Strong logical reasoning and meticulousness is a must
- Strong presentation skills
