Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction
  • Support project managers on project tracking, budget monitoring, and execution excellence
  • Organize and execute marketing events and client-facing activities
  • Supervise administrative assistant operations to ensure timely and accurate document processing and deliverable completion
  • Manage commercial documentation including quotations, purchase orders, and contracts
  • Proactively identify client challenges and develop strategic solutions throughout project delivery
  • Maintain comprehensive records of client communications and project progress
  • Drive continuous improvement in customer engagement strategies and internal processes

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 3-5 years of experience in client-facing roles (Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Coordination)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal abilities with a collaborative, solution-focused approach
  • Analytical mindset with proven ability to understand client needs and deliver actionable solutions
  • Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Youtrack, Trello, Jira)
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and automation to enhance productivity and streamline workflows is a plus
  • Experience organizing events or managing commercial documentation
