Customer Success Manager
atDentsu (Thailand) Co., Ltd.Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction
- Support project managers on project tracking, budget monitoring, and execution excellence
- Organize and execute marketing events and client-facing activities
- Supervise administrative assistant operations to ensure timely and accurate document processing and deliverable completion
- Manage commercial documentation including quotations, purchase orders, and contracts
- Proactively identify client challenges and develop strategic solutions throughout project delivery
- Maintain comprehensive records of client communications and project progress
- Drive continuous improvement in customer engagement strategies and internal processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 3-5 years of experience in client-facing roles (Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Coordination)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal abilities with a collaborative, solution-focused approach
- Analytical mindset with proven ability to understand client needs and deliver actionable solutions
- Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Youtrack, Trello, Jira)
- Experience leveraging AI tools and automation to enhance productivity and streamline workflows is a plus
- Experience organizing events or managing commercial documentation
