Supervisor, Trade Marketing

atRS PCL

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the development of annual category, channel & POP plan covering assortment, merchandising, pricing, promotion, and Trade Spend Framework.
  • Creating a trade promotion strategy to meet business goals, based on the given budget, ensuring effective implementation, and evaluating in-store national/channel activities.
  • Designing local trade marketing activities in line with brand and corporate guidelines to exploit sell-out potential.
  • Developing and ensuring all POP materials, selling tools, sales presenters, and giveaways as well as channel/ customer activities and communication comply with latest marketing plan.
  • Ensuring successful execution and implementation of GTM, integrated programs (existing & new products of assigned products) in alignment with sales & marketing functions.
  • Ensuring up-to-date category & channel analysis and competitor understanding shared with the team.
  • Recommending channel investment plan according to company objectives and priorities and agreeing with Sales and Marketing.
  • Building an in-depth understanding of local consumers, shoppers, and trade channels and creating brand awareness and product visibility at store levels.
  • Monitoring and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing activities and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Performing other tasks assigned by Commercial Director.


Key Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Bachelor or higher Degrees in Business Management (Marketing) or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of experiences in trade marketing (MT/Consumers Products).
  • Strong understanding of trade marketing principles and strategies.
  • Well understand Channel Strategy in Modern Trade, Chain store, Stores.
  • Good analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve objectives.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and market research tools.
  • A strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach.
  • Fast learner, Positive attitude, Passion, and Self-motivated
  • Good command of MS office.
