Reporting to Head of People & Culture, you will;

· Prepare and implement learning strategies and programs / Deploy different kinds of learning methods

companywide٫ such as classroom, online training, e-Learning, etc.

· Design & create training courses

· Organize, implement and facilitate end-to-end e-Learning courses٫ workshops and other trainings

· Independently develop internal content, materials by working closely with internal customers

· Review individual and organizational development needs by processing learning needs analysis with

management team to identify critical skills, functional skills, etc.

· Complete administration/documentation required by Department of Skill Development/Ministry of Labor

· Able to perform duties with minimal work direction

The ideal candidate should possess the following background

· Bachelor’s Degree

· Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic Learning and Development

· Experience in AI for Business Transformation is an advantage

· Excellent in communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

· Comfortable conducting classes in front of a large group of people

· Proven experience in designing / creating e-Learning content is an advantage

· High level of Excel/PPT proficiency is a huge plus

· Analytical, strategic and result-oriented

· Highly energetic and enthusiastic with great interpersonal skills

· Excellent communication and presentation skills in English/Thai

· Willing to step out of comfort zone
