IT Workplace Expertise
atPTG Energy PCLJob Purpose :
- Support the installation and deployment of office equipment, including hardware and software upgrades, in accordance with organizational standards.
- Conduct research and testing to identify appropriate solutions, and implement them to enhance operational efficiency across users, systems, and devices
- Ensure and promote the effective utilization of office technologies to support smooth, continuous, and efficient business operations
Responsibility :
- Install and deploy hardware at Headquarters (HQ) , preparation for IT equipment installation across office and oil depot facilities.
-Coordinate with the Operations Business team to define installation and system testing timelines.
-Coordinate with Engineering teams for branch construction and related wiring system implementation or with vendors to track and ensure timely delivery of equipment for installation.
-Work with installation teams to execute deployments according to the planned schedule.
-Onsite inspections of hardware and software installations to ensure quality and compliance.
-Prepare and maintain installation reports for HQ hardware solutions.
-Support the development of technical blueprints, system design documentation, and troubleshooting procedures.
-Development and practical implementation of designed architectures and solutions.
-Plan and implement technical architectures, system designs, and new technologies in alignment with business requirements.
-Manage change and mitigate risks related to information technology systems.
-Improvement projects and propose innovative solutions to stakeholders.
-Analyze system performance issues, identify root causes, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
-Conduct equipment testing based on business requirements and develop quality metrics.
-Present project updates and results to management for review and decision-making.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology , or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in Review Solution IT , Service mind
-Proven skills in project management and providing professional consultation
-Knowledge of IT systems and service delivery
-Understanding of retail business operations
-Knowledge of operational processes and workflow / Understanding of products and services.
-Strong analytical and systematic thinking skills with a results-oriented mindset.
-Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a team.
