Purpose of the Job:
VVIP - Customer Support Associate plays a vital role in assisting the Relationship Management team to deliver exceptional service to high-net-worth clients with significant cryptocurrency investments. This role is dedicated to ensuring seamless client transactions, providing attentive and personalized support, and anticipating client needs with precision. By working closely with Relationship Manager and team, the associate helps elevate the client experience, demonstrating a high level of care, responsiveness, and understanding in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing timely and professional support to clients, ensuring a smooth experience from onboarding to ongoing service.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system to support planning and customer-focused initiatives.
- Monitoring project progress and preparing documentation and reports to support decision-making.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Legal, IT, and Finance to resolve client-related issues and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Supporting strategic initiatives through market research, preparation of training materials, and event coordination to strengthen client relationships and engagement.
- Deliver client support in a shift-based schedule, ensuring service coverage during the night shift (19:00 PM – 04:00AM).
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in client service, relationship management, or support roles, preferably in the financial services or cryptocurrency industry.
- Good understanding of cryptocurrency and digital asset markets is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with high-net-worth clients.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and data reporting tools.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to support decision-making processes.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to digital assets and investments is an advantage.
