Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the co-working space to ensure quality and upkeep expectations
• Proactively reach out and serve as a point of contact for various partners, such as influencers, e-sports teams, artists, entertainment, corporate partners, and others
• Engage with Landlords in conjunction with the Asset
• Director and Real Estate to handle any building-related escalations
• Oversee and lead teams within your buildings to execute their objectives as an individual and a team to reach business & member goals
• Fully in charge of the revenue-generating plan and execution
• Provide input to and set monthly, quarterly and yearly budgets Review monthly building budget and result comprehensively for optimization
• Communicate and drive the success of the business updates, process changes, company initiatives, and goals to the team
• Ensure brand consistency by communicating with Marketing, PR, andCommunications teams
• Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and journalists
• Recommend a campaign idea to develop growth community strategies to further the aims and objectives of Bitkut 

About you

• Having 3 – 4 years of working experience in the project management field
• Experience in hospitality, marketing, multi-unit retail, startups, finance, consulting, or related experience
• At least 2-year experience in management experience leading a team
• Strong service mind and interpersonal skill
• Fluent in Thai and English
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, project management, and business operations experience
• Like challenges, working in a team and embracing change in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about blockchain technology is an advantage
