Job Description
- Strategic planning and segment management including develop operating model and related platform including operating cadence especially for Mid-Corp customers
- Strategically formulate new business initiatives with Chief of business group, Function Heads, and related division heads both internal and external function for corporate customers to improve overall customer experience
- Control and monitor Wholesales Banking Group (WBG) Asset and Liquidity Management against aspiration target and plan. Key segment planning related to corporate products and services
- Sale management and create systematic tracking tools to support segment business activities and sell activities. Marketing campaigns development and communications.
- Developing and co-developing with SCB Academy including manage Wholesales Banking Academy programs for staffs in order to improve overall efficiency and create appropriate culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related fields.
- 7 years working experience in Strategy, Business Development in Corporate Banking
- Strong understanding of banking products
- Good project management, analytical and logical thinking skills
- Strong communication and management skills
