- Support marketing by generating customer target list, generate, and configures campaigns or information through various channels including SMS, Direct Mail, E-Mail, Line Connect, SCB Easy App, Call Center, Smart Sales, etc by using Adobe, UNICA, SQL Statement from several data sources e.g., Data lake, Teradata, SAS, Saleforce, B2K, etc.
- Support the development of the marketing and channel application layer on the Data Lake, e.g. ADOBE DMP, Salesforce.com
- Coordinate to connect the applications and expand their usage in line with business requirements/use cases
- Configure the applications according to business requirements
- Design, develop and maintain campaign process for offer campaign to customers
- Fine tuning and optimize campaigns in more effective ways through multi-channels to achieve business goals
- Provide consultation on design of campaign to business by maximize utilization of the available tools
- Develop dashboards as well as intelligence reports of related campaigns for business with analyzing campaigns performance and share to concern parties
- Advise business and data scientists how to automate model deployment into marketing/channel applications, together with collaborate with Data Analytics, CI, Marketing, Product Owner, & Technology team
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields
- 1-5 years' experience in CRM Platforms, Campaign Management, contextual marketing, Campaign Execution
- Deep expertise and proven track record in operating CRM platforms at scale
- Experience in campaign execution
- Understanding of contextual marketing and technical requirements
- Curious mindset and willingness to learn, strong analytical, initiative, and logical skills
- Teamwork, transparency and collaboration with good communication skill (Thai/English)
- Quick learner and capability development.
