Job Description To support FIG/CBK & MNC RMs to coordinate with clients, branches and CFS-AML/AFC Ops as well as CIS Team (BWCIF) to manage end-to-end process of new account opening, existing account maintenance (POA) and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Review client's documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy. Handle client inquiries and requests related to account changes, updates, and closures. Manage basic cash management deals to implement the solutions for clients and to ensure that the end-to-end implementation process and post-Implementation processes are delivered on the objectives of the bank with successful delivery of services within the committed timeline to increase bank's bottom line ultimately.
