- กำหนดและควบคุมบริหารจัดการระบบคุณภาพภายในบริษัทให้ได้ตามข้อกำหนดของแต่ละระบบเช่น(ISO 9000:2015,GMP ,HACCP HALAL, BRC, IFS ,BSCI)
- สร้างและรักษามาตรฐานการประกันคุณภาพและการตรวจสอบคุณภาพให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด
- ตรวจสอบ และควบคุมดูแลการปฏิบัติงานเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าในแต่ละขั้นตอนของกระบวนการผลิตมีคุณภาพและได้มาตรฐาน
- กำหนดขั้นตอนและควบคุมคุณภาพการผลิตสินค้าและ ผลิตภัณฑ์ต่างๆ ของบริษัทฯ
- กำหนดวิธีการจัดการกับผลิตภัณฑ์เมื่อเกิด NCR
- ตรวจสอบแผนและวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลในกระบวนการผลิต ตั้งแต่เริ่มการรับเข้าวัตถุดิบ จนถึงผลิตภัณฑ์สำเร็จรูปในบริษัทฯ
- ตรวจ ติดตาม และ แนะนำการปฏิบัติของฝ่ายต่างๆให้เป็นไปตามกระบวนการและข้อกำหนดของระบบคุณภาพ
- แก้ไขปัญหา และให้คำแนะนำแก่ผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา เวลาเกิดปัญหาในการปฏิบัติงาน • ตรวจสอบข้อมูลอาหารใหม่ กับผลิตภัณฑ์ เช่น ฉลาก, Allergen, Preservative, ฯลฯ
- จัดทำเอกสารเพื่อตอบข้อร้องเรียน และติดต่อกับบริษัทผู้ขาย เช่น บรรจุภัณฑ์ วัตถุดิบการเกษตร food ingredient
