YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct or support internal Compliance Investigations for non-material cases according to Corporate Policy 2029 within the LPC Express Regional Unit
• Conduct or support higher level Investigators in the handling of Material Compliance Investigations upon demand, according to Corporate Policy 2029 within the LPC Express Regional Unit
• Proactively contribute to improvement of investigation process and effective establishment and implementation of new process in Bayer Thai.
• Perform recording progress of investigation in Bayer CMS system and ready to support for the reporting and attending the meetings with local compliance committee, if needed.
• Supporting translation or interpretation from Thai to English or English to Thai as required for LPCx APAC,
• Provide advice on general, recurring questions in the area of Compliance (e.g. Anti-Corruption, Anti-Trust, Conflict of interest), and support Third Party Due Diligence checks and approvals in line with global standard procedures, if needed
• Provide advice and contribute to approval workflows in the area of Code Compliance, advise on and handle approval workflows for donations, sponsorships and events, if needed
• Handle the Integrated Compliance Management and support the Effectiveness Monitoring for certain compliance risk areas, if needed
• Provide Data Privacy consultancy and perform elements of the global Data Privacy Management System (DPMS) for operational handling
• Support and monitor the roll out and participation in LPC driven web-based trainings, support LPC driven communication campaigns and advise business and platform functions on organization and responsibilities within LPC, if needed
• Implement LPC routines & (digital) tools of work organization.
• Evaluate the queries of the users and approve or reject the business requests related to charitable giving, events, and sponsorships.
• Contribute in the process of third Party Due diligence and approve/reject and/or provide mitigation measures
• Collaborate with global project team and other regions to smoothly transfer the processes from local Legal, Patent and Compliance departments to the hub (APAC LPCx).
• Exchange proactively with other regions to copy the best practices and contribute to knowledge sharing to the team.

WHO YOU ARE

• Academic degree in Law or Compliance or related discipline. Qualified lawyers, Information Security or Data Privacy related certificates will be preferred
• English language on native speaking or comparable level.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in auditing or legal and/or compliance/data privacy. Work from an international law firm or a multinational company is desirable.
