Job Purpose:
To manage and procure goods and services for business and ensure compliance with procurement policy and guideline. To obtain the optimal balance between price, quality and service while maintaining responsibility to the economy, society and environment

Main Responsibilities:

• To develop and deliver sourcing strategy for goods and services per Group Category, drive cost saving/cost avoidance.
• To initiate process improvement and controlling, develop Work Instruction for Group Category operations guideline.
• To lead supplier management of Group Category in order to continuous improvement in costs, qualities, services and innovation.
• To manage and drive multi projects, utilize data analysis for business opportunity.
• To motivate, develop and coaching team for skill improvement.
• To prepare group category budgeting and resource planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Science, Packaging, Chemical and other related.
• Experience in procurement management per group category.
• Posses project management skill, negotiation skill, problem solving skill, and people management.
• Good command of English
• Good computer skills (Ms. Office, SAP, Coupa)
