Job Purpose:

To manage and oversee overall performance of Risk Management and Internal Control team in order to provide an effective standards, procedures, and system for corporate compliance and risk management as well as internal control systems to create reasonable assurance for business stability and accomplishment of corporate objectives.

Main responsibilities:

1.) Design and/or champion to develop or improve Risk Management and Internal Control systems and framework of Osotspa group.

2.) Establish, propose and gain approval on the work plan for risk management, compliance and internal control activities, to ensure effective risk mitigation, sustainable business continuity and effective and efficient operations and alignment with company direction.

3.) Monitor the performance of corporate, risk management, and internal control system and relate activities on a continuity basis, taking appropriate steps to improve organizational effectiveness.

4.) Review, develop, and manage the communication for compliance guidelines and code of conduct, to ensure that all stakeholders are aware of compliance guidelines, company's rules and regulations.

5.) Manage and supervise team in conducting risk management and compliance, internal control activities/ projects to ensure that the objectives are met and consistent with the budgets/ plan.

6.) Be a secretary to Risk Management Committee to support the chairperson ensuring the meetings are effectively organized and minute and maintain effective records and administration.

7.) Business Process Improvement or other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or any other related
• Minimum 15 years of experience in risk management and compliance field or internal control / audit or business/ finance operations, 5 years of which in a role of manager
• Direct experience in Manufacturing or FMCG industry in multinational or listed company
• Good command of English and Thai
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint and MS Word
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
• CIA / CPA is a plus
