• Experience in HRIS or MIS
• Passion in computer literacy and support system
• Good at managing and implementing project

Key Responsibility

• Manage setting job position, hierarchy and structure in people system according to request.
• Work with key stakeholder to ensures accuracy and completeness of data in master files and various support tools for further use by other systems i.e., payroll, email, access, etc.
• Maintains and develops custom reports to meet the requirements.
• Support the development and implementation of various modules on People System to support business requirement (Thai and Malaysia)
• Identify areas of opportunity to improve existing HR processes, functionality and workflow, and maximize technological capabilities to reduce manual processes.
• Recommend changes to current processes to provide more effective use of the HRIS, and take the lead as a project manager to implement these changes.
• Ensures accuracy and completeness of data in master files and various support tools.
• Trains and provides troubleshooting tips to other HR members on features and functionality of HRIS systems and applications as needed.

Qualifications

• Passion in computer literacy and ability to work with system.
• At least 5 years of experience in HRIS systems, either System Support or Project Management.
• Good at managing project.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence and work with key stakeholders at all levels in the organization.
• Ability to multitask in a complex environment with strong agile and resilient mindset under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skill both in Thai and English.
