Key Responsibility:

• Collaborate with other departments to define, prioritize, and develop optimization projects
• Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies
• Evaluate business processes, requirements, areas of improvement in order to develop and implement solutions
• Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
• Plan project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
• Prioritize initiatives and manage resources based on business needs and requirements
• Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects
• Follow our Business Code of Conduct and always act with integrity and due diligence
• Other assignments as deem appropriate

Qualifications:

• E-Commerce, Retail, consultant background
• Background in Product Management and Product Owner
• Knowledge in e-Commerce, Agile Methodology, and Sprint planning
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent planning, well-organized, and time management skills
• Problem solving, process improvement
• Presentation skill (manage to management level)
• Stakeholder management
• Agile and project methodologies
