Key Responsibility

• Deliver innovative marketing plans for mall and food court using customer data and insight to maximize footfall to the estate with end-to-end customer consideration ​
• Provide and execute cost effective media and communication strategy that fit to current customer segment and media trend (offline and online)​
• Provide and execute promotional campaigns or events to support mall and food court income opportunity with complete customer journey consideration​Understand brand and the marketing mix in order to create brand awareness ​
• Build strong brand identity and visibility across all communication channels to reach our target customers and potential customers​
• Bring our brand(s) to life through delivering creative excellence across all customer touch points within our customer communications. ​​
• Work alongside Communications insight teams to utilize communications testing to continually craft, evolve, learn and sharpen our comms assets so that they are fit for purpose in delivering our communications Jobs to be done. ​
• Manage the budget and forecasting of all communications assets production & ongoing commitment to efficiencies where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related field with minimum 5 years working experiences in buying commercial, strategic sourcing or procurement.
• Experience in foodservice, food CPG, or food retail sectors is a plus
• Business and Financial Acumen : Strong analytical and measurement/tracking skills with keen eyes on business trend. Understand range and trade planning. Excel at negotiation, communication and supplier and stakeholder management.
• Cross-functional collaboration and leadership : Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively build relationships, collaborate and influence across the business with a variety of stakeholders, expertise & experiences.
• Self-starter with high energy level : Ability to work independently and equally skilled to collaborate in a team, rallying the group to deliver results.
