a. Design online customer journey from business requirements
b. Design UX/UI of myAIS applicationreflecting from the designed journey
c. Design use case along with business test case and resolve UAT businessissues
d. Design service introduction and business deployment scenarios
e. Design the rich-media enhanced engine of Push Notification in myAIS app
2) myAIS Measurement and Improvement (Qualtrics and Glassbox)
a. Carry on the implementation of Glassbox customer behavior analytics tool
b. Carry on myAIS feedback measurement (NES, CSI, etc.) and VOC analysisusing Qualtrics tool
3) Co-Design with New Digital Co. on New Business Collaboration features suchas:-
a. Carry on Arena Project (KKP), financial functions
b. Carry on NDID and Mobile ID designed services
c. Support next release of The Mall Online with personalized targets
