Job Description:
- Lead end-to-end brand projects to ensure communications align with business objectives.
- Design and execute strategic campaigns, including concept ideation, media planning, and budget allocation.
- Lead process of PR/PO and collaborate with internal team to complete all of process.
- Oversee media planning and manage all marketing activities for service businesses.
- Develop advertising briefs and communication plans, implementing an optimal integrated marketing communications (IMC) mix across offline and online channels.
- Monitor and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute, optimize, and track projects within set timelines.
- Liaise with key stakeholders including agencies, production teams, procurement, operations, main marketing
communications, and trade plan teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Lead and motivate the team to create and optimize campaigns, driving engagement, awareness, and performance.
- Undertake other assignments as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorâs degree in Arts , Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong marketing communication skills across traditional media, content marketing digital, and social event
marketing, including management of multi-layer campaigns. - Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
