Job Responsibility

• Technical consult and solution design for customer, including Cloud, CyberSec, ICT and IoT services
• Prepare and Optimize Project investment cost
• Coordinate with Operation team to deliver and maintenance the design solution to customer
• Coordinate with supplier to explore new potential technology
• EDS and CCII technical & Service knowledge sharing
• Work closely with Strategic Key Account CustomerAM to develop account plan relating to Customers business roadmap
• Design total solution to meet customers needProvide professional advice as one stop to existing and new potential customers
• To supervise End to End Service Delivery including Implementation, UAT and Aftersales to meet customerssatisfaction by Coordinating with Back Office Team
• To be Single Point of Technical Expert
• Engage with Product team to feedback customers requirement and suggestion for future developmentimprovement

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering Computer, IT, TelecommunicationComputer Science
• Experience 34 years of IT Telecom Data Communication Service PreSale or PostSale
• or IP NW Operation & Planning
• Presentation skills and negotiation skills
• Strong analytic skills, Good interpersonal and communication skills, Influent in English
• is preferable
• 5 years of professional experience as PreSales Engineer in a technical environment
• Relevant software development experience, or commercialsales experience
• Experience at a growthstage B2B SaaS company, eCommerce space or in the payments industry
• Ability to understand and determine an enterprise's customer's needs and how AIS's products and solution might best fit through a consultative approach
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, set your own demanding expectations and exceed them
• Must be organized and a selfstarter, able to deliver highquality work without a tactical oversight
