Roles & Responsibilities:

• ​Corporate Culture Strategy and Initiatives: Lead the creation and execution of strategies to reinforce our values and enhance workplace culture. ​

• Employee Engagement Activities and Communications : Coordinate employee activities, implement health-focused initiatives to support employee well-being, and facilitate communications to improve morale and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Design, or any related field.​
• 10+ years of experience in corporate culture management, employee engagement, wellness program development, and multimedia design with a proven track record in managing a team​
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate concepts into actionable plans.​
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.​
• Proficiency in design and manage communication through various media. ​
• Passion for creating positive workplace experiences and driving cultural change.
