Bangkok Lead the team of Cyber Security Solution Consultant engineers who are providing technical presale services and products consultancy to customers and internal stakeholders, including solution designing, proposal development, BoQ, conducting PoC.
Engage with customers as a trusted advisor, listening and understanding their challenges and requirement - both technical and business, and clearly articulate and communicate to the sales team
Serve as subject matter expert in Cyber Security
Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, products and processes to differentiate the services and quality.
Able to deliver business results in a complex outsourcing arrangement, spanning all Cyber Security Areas in applications, infrastructure and operations.
Able to support a service line operational role providing application, infrastructure management and end user Customer Care services.
Own and Manage team competency both technical and profession to address business need.
To support Sales team on own technical opportunity, prepare technical proposal and response customer requirement.
Monitor progress and health of opportunity pipeline.
