Get to know the Role:

Country Strategy & Special Projects team is a crucial function of Grab Thailand to formulate country strategies and drive strategic initiatives from planning to execution.
This role is a combination of strategic thinking and project management to drive Grab forward.

The day-to-day activities:

• Develop a winning strategy for Grab Thailand and support other teams/functions to deliver key business results (both financial and non-financial)

• Formulate a strategic framework to analyze business problems, develop hypotheses, and make recommendations

• Lead strategic initiatives from upstream to downstream

• Serve as a thought partner for Country Head and senior leaders to drive business growth

• Conduct analysis and research with respect to market dynamics

The must haves:

• A Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or in a relevant field with a strong academic track record

• Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in consulting/strategy roles

• Solid quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Proven track record of managing strategic projects with senior stakeholders

• Proficiency in Excel is required, experience with SQL/R/Python is a plus

• Excellent communication in English
