Your Role:

Key account specialist - KAM

As [Insert Job Title], you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability through effective distributor management and technical support. In this role, you will coordinate organizational resources, manage strategic customer projects, and ensure compliance with Elanco's values and external regulations.

Your Responsibilities:

Set and monitor sales targets and evaluation criteria, adjusting plans as necessary to achieve long-term growth and profitability goals.

Manage distributor relationships by conducting regular meetings with leadership, co-working with sales teams, and providing technical product training.

Execute strategic push/pull sales projects with key customers while maintaining seamless communication between Elanco, distributors, and end-users.

Maintain accurate records, document decision-making processes, and coordinate the optimal use of organizational resources.

Ensure self and subordinate compliance with company rules, ethics, and external regulations.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of experience
