About the role

Hero Realtor Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced and driven Property Consultant - Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Vadhana, Bangkok. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to build a successful career in commercial real estate sales, leasing, and property management. As a Property Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our business, building relationships with clients, identifying property opportunities, and facilitating transactions that drive growth for both our clients and our company. Key responsibilities

1. Identify and cultivate prospective clients seeking to buy, sell, lease or rent commercial and residential properties

2. Conduct market research and analysis to advise clients on property values, market trends, and investment opportunities

3. Prepare and present property listings, market reports and investment proposals to potential buyers and tenants

4. Negotiate terms and conditions of property sales and leasing agreements on behalf of clients

5. Facilitate property viewings and site inspections, answering questions and highlighting key features and benefits

6. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of clients and properties through networking, referrals and relationship management

7. Liaise with lawyers, surveyors, valuers and other professionals to ensure smooth transaction completion

8. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, property details and transaction progress using company systems

9. Stay informed of local property regulations, zoning laws and compliance requirements affecting transactions

10. Achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance through consistent effort and results

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience as a Property Consultant, Real Estate Agent or in a similar sales role within the commercial or residential property sector

2. Strong knowledge of the Bangkok property market, including current trends, pricing and available inventory

3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients

4. Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

5. Proficiency in English and Thai; additional languages are advantageous

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment

7. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple transactions simultaneously

8. Proficiency with computer systems, CRM software and Microsoft Office applications

9. Clean driving licence and reliable personal transport (advantageous)

10. Preferred: experience in commercial property sales, leasing or property management within Bangkok
