As the team leader, you are also responsible to monitor your man-hours budget and ensure that your HFB is properly staffed with trained and qualified co-workers at all times.

• Lead by example on the shop floor, coaching and inspiring co-workers to build and sustain a strong active selling culture that puts customers first
• Leading your HFB area, you are to oversee the general maintenance of area and strong commercial basics level
• Support the efficient working of the IKEA mechanical sales system to ensure the continued success of the IKEA Concept
• Your working base is the shop floor where you lead by example every day, supporting, challenging and coaching co-workers.
• You are passionate about the IKEA products in your shop. You create a high level of knowledge about the products' features and benefits and share this with customers and your team.

Your profile

• With strong strategic analytical abilities to develop sales strategy based on local market demographics and economic conditions
• Self-motivated and results driven with customer focus.
• Excellence in problem-solving for stock availability and ability to manage customer feedback.
• You must have a genuine interest and knowledge of home furnishing and the desire to bring out the best in co-workers in serving the customers' needs and growing the Company's business
