Cytric Implementation Specialist

The Cytric Implementation Specialist is accoutable for the delivery of expert services for corporate customers and execution of Cytric Travel and Expense implementation projects.

He/she will participate in the implementation project team through definition and planning phases and then execute, monitor and control the implementation.

He/she will define, manage and execute implementation plans for direct corporation (new deals) and provide professional implementation support services as contracted by the customer, cross region and consistent all over the world.

Key Accountabilities

Delivery Cytric Travel & Expense Implementation

• Understand the corporation' organizations, businesses and needs.
• Implement Cytric Travel and Expense online booking tool for corporate customers according to Customer requirements and agreed scope.
• Apply Project Management methodology and quality assurance to the product implementation process.
• Identify specific actions necessary to implement and integrate Amadeus cytric solutions to best fit with customer systems and requirements.
• Works using existing procedures or guidelines and provides inputs to support/influence area decisions.
• Advice on business impact of implemented actions on business performance and efficiency.
• Proactive identification and mitigation of key risks and issues impacting delivery and customer satisfaction.

Consultancy and Expertise

• Has the required technical/functional knowledge and experience in own discipline. Knowledge of the Amadeus business and how it is related to own area.

• Proactive and best-in-class implementation on cytric Travel & Expense.
• Analyse risks and ensure relevant reporting to line organization.
• Makes recommendations on new solutions and proposes improvements by analyzing different sources of information.

Project service excellence

• Collaborates with internal and external project stakeholders the other Amadeus' business unit entities to successful and timely implementation of the corporate products for global customers.
• Execute any necessary steps of Cutover Rehearsals and Production Cutover
• Works with a moderate level of guidance and direction from manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Fluent in English is mandatory
• 3 to 5 years experience in the Travel industry would be a plus. Especially in customers' facing role
• Amadeus knowledge is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in Project Management is preferable
• Previous experience in customer facing role or Consultancy delivery are preferable
• Competent to use MS Office
