Job Description :

• Plan and execute the organization's marketing communication activities, including both offline and online strategies. 
• Take responsibility for creating marketing content that aligns with the marketing strategy. This includes writing website content, web articles, advertisements, and other communication materials to enhance interest and understanding of the products or services.
• Develop advertising and public relations materials to create awareness both internally and externally within the organization. This involves the organization's website, social media, marketing emails, advertising campaigns, distribution of various media, and communication with the media.
• Ability to analyze the performance to improve and evaluate the effectiveness of various activities and report results to the management team, supervisors, or the marketing team.
• Budget Management: Manage the marketing communication budget, controlling expenses for advertising and communication to align with the budget allocated.
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers and business partners.
• Collaborate with relevant teams both within and outside the organization to ensure that work is accomplished efficiently.
• Communicate with mass media such as newspapers, radio, and television.

Qualification :

• 25 - 35 years old
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business - or related field
• Have a good skill to using Adobe, Indesign, MS office
• 2 - 3 years experience in Marketing Management
• Fluent In English
• Proven practical account planning and analysis
• Strong leadership and relationship with other department.
