Job Description
Payroll Preparation & Processing
- Collect, consolidate, and validate payroll-related data from all relevant stakeholders (Commission and Incentive, bonuses, allowance update, OT, and any ad-hoc payment if required)
- Prepare, and update employee data changes to maintain accurate database with the payroll outsourcing vendor
- Review and recheck payroll calculation results, including salary, commission, bonus, and ad-hoc payments, to ensure accuracy and completeness before approval.
- Collaborate closely with International Assignments Team and other stakeholders on expatriates' payroll processing.
Reporting - Statutory & Payroll-related Report
- Prepare and process post-payroll documentation, including payment vouchers, cost allocation, and accrual report.
- Prepare and submit statutory and third-party payroll-related reports (e.g. tax, social security, provident fund, insurance) in compliance with local laws and deadlines.
- Prepare statutory report related to expatriate legal process
Employee Support & Daily Operations
- Act as the primary contact for daily payroll-related inquiries, including salary payment, commission, bonus, deductions, and payroll discrepancies.
- Review, verify, and process employee medical claim reimbursements accurately and on time
HR Digitalization Lead
- Initiate, lead, and implement HR digitalization projects to improve efficiency and employee experience
- Maintain, support, and troubleshoot existing HR digital solutions, including Power Automate and DocuSign
- 2â4 years of experience in payroll or related HR functions Bachelorâs degree in any field from an accredited university
- Fluent in both Thai and English (written and spoken)
- Tech-savvy with a strong interest in digital transformation and AI-enabled solutions
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, complex formulas; Macro skills are a plus)
- Knowledge in labor law, personal income tax, and statutory requirements
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of International Assignments(expatriate) payroll process is an advantage
- Knowledge of automation platforms such as Power Automate and Power Apps is an advantage
