Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional and technical support for Oracle EBS R11i (Finance modules).
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues; guide users on application usage and enhancements.
• Analyze problems and recommend effective solutions, both functional and technical.
• Participate in cross-functional team projects and assigned sub-projects.
• Plan and report work progress, tasks, and assigned responsibilities.

• Prepare documentation such as user manuals, support guidelines, and troubleshooting guides.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• 1–5 years of experience in Oracle EBS (Support or Analyst role).
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting systems.
• Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Basic knowledge of Oracle Developer Tools (e.g., Forms, Reports).

• Familiar with ERP systems and retail or accounting operations.
