Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Analysis and Reporting: Coordinating and supporting the financial analytics process to identify trends, address challenges, and suggest opportunities for improvement in the financial landscape.
2. Cross-functional collaboration: Working with different teams across the organization to streamline financial processes and ensure they are aligned with the broader organizational goals.
3. Financial Tools Implementation: Leading the process of implementing new financial tools or systems that help improve efficiency or accuracy in financial operations.
4. Administrative Support: Providing administrative assistance for daily financial tasks, ensuring that financial operations run smoothly.
5. Ad-Hoc Projects: Handling special projects as needed, which could vary depending on the organization’s requirements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Corporate Finance Work
• Experience in banking or related fields will be given special consideration.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively
• Employs creative problem-solving skills when presented with ad hoc financial analysis projects
• Excellent in Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good attitude and resilience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
