Key Responsibilities

Partner with Property, Maintenance, Store Operations, and related stakeholders to support business and investment decisions.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis for CAPEX and OPEX across stores and property-related projects.

Conduct feasibility studies, financial modeling, and investment analysis for store opening, expansion, renovation, relocation, and closure projects.

Monitor asset utilization and perform post-investment analysis to evaluate project performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Support lease renewal and property-related financial evaluation to optimize portfolio performance.

Track and analyze store performance, prepare forecasts and P&L projections for new stores until stable operations are achieved.

Prepare management reports, dashboards, and actionable insights to support decision-making.

Manage operational and financial processes related to project codes, including project creation, budget setup, cost tracking, utilization monitoring, and end-to-end project code management throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

3+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, Property Finance, or Investment Analysis.

Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and CAPEX/OPEX management.

Experience in financial modeling, feasibility studies, and investment evaluation.

Experience in retail, property, real estate, or multi-site business operations is an advantage.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.

Good command of English communication skills.
