ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Align business strategy into product/ platform strategy, vision and value proposition. Work with business units to justify new features/ functions returns and prioritize into roadmap
• Research and gain insights on online / omni channel consumer behaviors and constantly conduct competitor analysis to constantly improve App/ website functions, features, offerings and user experience in different customer segments
• Gather / develop business requirements; draft high-level business flow, detailed logics or matrix for management sign-off; and brief requirements to product managers in related squad for each sprint development
• Manage projects to deliver new functions, features, product or service for online end consumers or internal customers according to timeline and expectation
• Work closely with internal teams including Tech, UXUI, Marketing, Operations, Merchandise teams as well as with external teams to resolve any operational, legal, compliance issues with related functions – e.g. Store Operations, Tax, Accounting, Legal
• Responsible for development/presentation (both written and verbal communication) of management presentation, proposals/RFP
• Perform UAT and ensure successful deployment based on business requirements
• Develop go-to-market action plan and design business and operation flows as well as align and communicate to relevant team in order to ensure smooth launch and BAU process
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, and work cross-functionally to execute those improvements

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
• At least 6 years of experience in ecommerce platform project management, product management, sales & marketing
• Has understanding of online consumer behavior, online/ ecommerce trends, ecommerce performance metrics. Experience from Ecommerce or retail is a plus
• Experience in managing / prioritizing multiple projects daily
• Has high-level of business acumen and financial management
• Strong interpersonal skill to collaborate closely with different functional areas
