You will work with Multicultural team in various kind of technology/project in the Corporation which has offices around Asia Pacific, Western Europe and North America.

Job Description:

• Gather and analyze business requirements, assess impacts, define project scope, solution approach, and delivery timelines.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes to integrate and process data from multiple sources, including transactional systems, legacy databases, and external data feeds.
• Build and optimize data models, database schemas, and data integration frameworks to support large-scale financial applications and reporting.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency through validation, monitoring, and exception handling processes.
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Partner with infrastructure, security, and change management teams to ensure reliable deployments, adherence to compliance, and prompt resolution of production issues.
• Lead the design and implementation of data architecture, including data warehousing, data lakes, and high-performance data platforms.
• Evaluate and adopt new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve scalability, performance, and efficiency of data operations.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior data engineers, fostering best practices in coding, testing, and data governance.
• Document data flows, technical specifications, and system designs, ensuring knowledge transfer and long-term maintainability.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 6-8 years’ experience in Data Engineering or related fields.
• A strong background in Banking/Financial Institutions supporting large-scale financial services.
• Expertise in PL/SQL, especially with Oracle DB.
• Experience with ETL/ELT, data modeling, and database design.
• Expertise in building and maintaining large-scale data pipelines and data infrastructure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; solid planning and coordination skills with a positive mindset.
• Flexibility to handle unplanned circumstances with a good attitude toward challenges.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders and senior management.
• Fluent in Thai with the ability to communicate in English.
