• To have a complete knowledge of the resort product, including room types, rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets and promotions, spa and fitness facilities, and other Anantara properties.

• Be aware that the customer's call is his/her first impression of the Anantara resort that you are responsible to be a successful one.

• Be prepared to provide our customers with the latest information about the resort.

• Follow telephone answering standards and make sure to keep a calm and clear voice tone.
