Job Responsibility

- To responsible for all inventory and distribution management in 5 SSC plants including 9 OEM plants and 50 branch warehouses planning and daily replenishment stock aligned to sales forecast and sales proportion to ensure that all stocks are divided to proper plants, regions, branches and customers with proper quantities. - Obtain a general understanding of all planning and distribution functions in order to ensure in allocating appropriate stock cover day target and consolidate full truck and loose case orders to ensure that distribution plan is align with inventory stock and appropriate route, cost and vehicles.- Work closely with logistics team to ensure there are enough vehicles and drivers- To ensure that all plants, regions, branches and customers still achieve key performance that committed to customers or company target.- To ensure the standard operational procedures of customer service, warehousing and transportation are strictly adhered as right quantities, on time, accurate and cost-effective.- Performing processes following documented procedures and work instructions complying with the requirements of warehouse, transportation, customer requirements, SAP, TOMS and other systems.- Collaborate with Supply Chain to proactively identify and develop standard tools, frameworks and KPI’s through identification and comparison of various data points.- Provide support to overall supply chain operations.

Job Qualification

วุฒิการศึกษา (Education):Degree in Engineering, Statistic, Science, Business Administration or related disciplineสาขาวิชา (Major):Industrial, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Business or related fieldประสบการณ์ (Experience):- Minimum 0-2 years of strong analytical data and business analysis experience- Knowledge in VMI or replenishment functions experience will be an added advantage- Knowledge of SAP or transport management system will be an added advantage- Those from supply chain/ logistics environment will be an added advantageความรู้และทักษะ (Knowledge & Skill): - Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel and Power Point- Strong analytical and investigate thorough follow through with an ability to multi-task- Excellent organizational and planning skills- Knowledge of management and problem-solving skill- Possess an analytical approach to problem solving- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to communicate clearly - Good organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
