Key responsibilities

• Developing and implementing strategies to meet business objective
• Research markets and study for opportunities, also analyze industry, competition and market trends
• Prepare reports on brand performance and sales
• Track budgets with an eye towards maximizing gains and costs efficiency
• Develop research methodology brief for each type of research required during each project and analyze research data.
• Help develop and optimize marketing campaigns for product launching or new marketing communication
• Drive simplicity through the Innovation process (Gate papers, stakeholder communication, team engagement)
• Pack Development: Engineering Design, Substrates & Print Proofing

Qualification

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related fields.
• Min. 4 years professional experience in marketing and brand management, direct experience in New Product Development for premium consumer goods a strong plus
• Background in strategic brand communication & media management
• Strong project management and budget management skills
• Fluent in English both spoken and written
