Role & Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly and cumulative sales data for month-to-month and year-to-year comparison.
• Collect information regarding agents and sub-agents.
• Gather and analyze competitor data from reports of each department to support management decisions.
• Collect, summarize, analyze, and report on various activities.
• Verify incentive payments.
• Report on inventory status – beer aging by agent/sub-agent, by SKU.
• Design, collect, and manage data related to agent and sub-agent awards (e.g., Good Performer, Dedicated, Points).
• Prepare reports for special projects assigned (Ad-hoc projects)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• 2-5 years of experience in data statistics.
• Knowledge of the company’s business operations.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
