We are seeking a strategic and innovative

Learning Strategy Specialist

to drive the design and execution of enterprise-wide learning initiatives that align with business goals. This role is responsible for developing learning strategies, designing capability development solutions, leading cross-functional projects, and partnering with key stakeholders to build organizational capability and support business transformation.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in

Learning & Development, Organization Development (OD), or HR Center of Excellence (COE)

, with proven experience in managing strategic HR projects from concept through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Strategy & Solution Design

Develop and execute enterprise learning strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce capability needs.

Design innovative learning frameworks, capability development solutions, and learning journeys for different employee groups.

Conduct learning needs analysis and translate business challenges into effective learning solutions.

Develop design criteria, learning methodologies, and success measures for strategic learning initiatives.

Organization Development & Capability Building

Partner with HR and business leaders to strengthen organizational capability through strategic learning initiatives.

Support organization development initiatives, including leadership development, competency framework, culture transformation, and change management.

Recommend best practices and emerging learning trends to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Project Management & Implementation

Lead end-to-end learning projects from concept development, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and subject matter experts to ensure successful project delivery.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.

Stakeholder Management

Build strong relationships with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and functional teams.

Facilitate discussions, present recommendations, and influence stakeholders to gain alignment on learning initiatives.

Provide consultation on learning and capability development solutions.

Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement

Define project KPIs and evaluate learning effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data.

Analyze feedback and business outcomes to continuously improve learning programs and strategies.

Prepare reports and presentations for management on project progress and business impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

5–8 years of experience in

Learning & Development, Organization Development, Talent Development, Talent Management, or HR COE

Experience in designing and implementing strategic learning or organization development initiatives.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to think strategically while executing operationally.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with LMS, learning technologies, or digital learning platforms is an advantage.

Good command of English.
