ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY Support the formulation of HROD strategies aligned with corporate strategies and business objectives Design and develop the HROD operating model, including work processes and system innovations Drive HROD transformation initiatives and related change management programs Analyze HROD data and insights to support strategic planning and decision-making Ensure effective execution of HROD strategies through well-defined implementation plans to achieve corporate targets EDUCATION Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management (HRM), Human Resource Development (HRD), Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. EXPERIENCE Minimum of 3 - 10 years of professional experience. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and logical thinking skills, with demonstrated leadership capabilities and professional maturity. Experience in business strategy, process improvement, change management, innovation, HRIS, or OD/HR functions within leading organizations will be considered an advantage.
