About the role

As a Functional Workstream Lead – Technology Strategy & Roadmap Manager, you will lead strategic transformation initiatives by defining future-state technology capabilities and developing actionable roadmaps that drive sustainable business value and operational excellence. You will work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders to assess current capabilities, identify transformation opportunities, and shape target-state strategies that align technology investments with long-term business objectives. The role focuses on developing enterprise technology strategies, capability blueprints, and transformation roadmaps across applications, platforms, data, infrastructure, governance, and business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead functional workstreams within large-scale technology and business transformation programs
• Define future-state technology capabilities, operating models, and strategic transformation objectives
• Assess current-state technology environments and identify capability gaps, modernization opportunities, and strategic priorities
• Develop multi-year technology roadmaps covering applications, data, infrastructure, platforms, governance, and business processes
• Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder discussions to align on future-state vision, investment priorities, and transformation outcomes
• Translate business requirements into strategic initiatives, implementation plans, and transformation programs
• Support business case development, value realization planning, and executive-level recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful execution of transformation initiatives and roadmap delivery

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, enterprise transformation, management consulting, or program management
• Experience leading workstreams within large-scale transformation programs
• Proven experience developing enterprise technology strategies and transformation roadmaps
• Strong understanding of technology domains including applications, cloud, data, platforms, infrastructure, and governance
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to structure complex business challenges into practical strategic recommendations and execution plans
