Manager, Field Force Analysis (Mobile Business)

Role and Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise MX Retail Field Force Analysis & Management Team
- Review & Monitor MX Retail Business and MX Field Force Performance
- Review, Monitor, Forecast, Analysis Samsung and Competitors Market Share in Thailand
- Review Monthly Target Setting by Shop
- Develop Incentive scheme to be competitive in the industry
- Verify MX Field Force Monthly Payroll & Payment
- Support & contribute in sales strategy development
- Monitor & Control Field Force Budget
- Develop and contribute in compensation & benefit strategy for MX Field Force Team
- Support data and prepare relevant reports for Regional Head Quarter
- Provide relevant information to Senior Management
- Build team capability and maintain an organization structure necessary to support the business
- Prepare any Ad-hoc Simulation requested by Senior Management and Head Quarter e.g. Revised Incentive Scheme
- Lead/support Special projects assigned by Senior Management and Head Quarter e.g. Special Task Force Team, Ad-hoc Analysis, PC Rewarding Program
Dealing and interaction with Internal and External Parties
Internal:
- Each part of MX Retail Team to support Budget Planning & Controlling
- MX Commercial Finance for Budget Planning & Controlling
- Sales team of all channels to get secondary data in daily / weekly basis and monthly target setting
- Product marketing in weekly basis to understand current and future product roadmap as well as competitors information in order to get a comprehensive report
- Trade Marketing team on weekly basis for future marketing plan in order to complete forecasting models
- Business Intelligence team to get their expertise in term of Internal System e.g. MCS, SSK, ASAP
- Regional Head Office to support data and prepare relevant reports upon request
- Legal team to comply with Samsung Global protocol of database management
External:
- Field Force Agencies i.e. Adecco and Orenburg
- 3rd parties Research company i.e. GFK
- Clients/Partners in case more related data and insights need to be obtained
- All field force staffs
Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years' experience in data analysis and performance tracking preferably having experience in Mobile, FMCG, or Trading industry
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- Excellent communication, presentation and well-organized skills
- Strong numerical, analytical, and project management skills
- Strong analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
- Computer literacy in term of Microsoft Office especially Excel and Power Point
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken
- Strong mediating, problem-solving, and improvisation skills
- Leadership & Team Management skill to works with collaboration with key stakeholders
- Ability to work under high pressure, manage complex, competing priorities and timeline
