• Develop solution to meet client's need
• Develop long-term Market outlook and Business Development plans
• Manage relationships with existing and potential customer in order to gather leads for new business opportunities
• Seek future market expansion or new business model opportunities across the region
• Manage and develop team to achieve business development targets
• Accurately analyse market trends and pursue opportunities for developing marketing plans and strategies for implementation consistent with company's positioning strategy, market trends and analysis
• Gathering market intelligence and making competitive market analyses.
• Conduct business and financial modelling of opportunities and projects
• Map out supply chain, process & product flows to mine value in projects
• Map out key stakeholders and develop an engagement plan
• Set up Project team and develop project timeline and identify key milestones
• Ensures relevant Authorities and Government Agencies are effectively engaged with purpose of securing full support for projects
• Develop and manage project implementation budget
• Report directly to Managing Director on daily basis
• Other assignments

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any related fields.
• Minimum of 5-year experiences of progressive sales and business development with a good track record and experience in the industry
• Extensive experience in credit card payment business, credit card ecosystem and merchant acquisition.
• Knowledge of payment infrastructure and understanding how credit card transaction is processed.
• Ability to manage payment application development and certification.
• Understanding Thailand payment market and trend.
• A good relationship with banks and large merchants.
• Project management skill.
• Negotiation, Coordination and Communication skills.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong command of English.
