Job Purpose

Perform first-level (Maker) batch name screening activities to identify and assess potential sanctions/watchlist matches by conducting accurate initial reviews, classifying alerts (True Hit vs False Hit), and ensuring timely escalation and documentation in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter Torrorist Financing (CTF) requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform batch name screening (Maker L1) against sanctions lists and watchlists
• Review screening results and identify potential matches (alerts/hits)
• Conduct initial assessment to classify True Hit vs False Hit based on defined criteria
• Prepare clear investigation notes and rationale for each case
• Escalate cases to Checker (L2) with complete supporting information
• Ensure all cases are processed within defined SLA timelines and productivity targets
• Maintain accurate documentation and audit trail for compliance and QA review
• Support query handling / rework for cases flagged by QA or Checker

• Monitor batch screening outputs and support daily workload tracking
  

Qualifiations:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields
• Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialits (CAMS) or AML-related certification or Internal AML and Compliance trainings
• At least 3 years of experience in AML Name Screening / Sanctions Screening / Know Your Customer (KYC) / Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
• Experience working under maker-checker model and exposure to QA feedback / audit / regulatory review is advantage
• Excellence command in Thai and English
